DeeJay Element, winner of the McDonald’s Flavor Battle DJ Competition, and currently producing beats for major labels such as Interscope and acts like Lana Del Ray, was looking for promotional materials that would help him continue to take his career to the next level.
Attracted to our presence in music, and stable of music-focused creative and production talent (e.g. in-house creative directors that have worked with the likes of Wiz Khalifa, and editors who have produced music for top ABC shows), Element hired Miller/Datri Entertainment to produce a new cutting-edge press/sizzle reel.
We worked with Element to put a creative and production plan in place spanning everything from fan-aggregated smartphone footage, to go-pro concert footage (across both NYC and Las Vegas venues), to shots of Element in-the-studio, to “hero” visuals showcasing Element’s unique and winning flavor.
Post-production is currently underway, leveraging music industry insider best production practices. With a project completion slated for December ‘18/January ‘19, we can’t wait to see our work help get Element recognized for the up-and-coming, ground-breaking talent that he is.
